10' Expanded Metal Bench without Back
This 10' expanded metal bench without back is manufactured from American made steel. Perfect for a park or as a players bench. Made from heavy duty 9 gauge expanded metal the seat and backs measure 11 1/2" wide and are welded to 2 3/8" galvanized steel tubular legs. The legs are black powder coated to further protect against rust and is finished with either the Advantage, Industry Standard, or Textured coatings. Customized colors available with no additional charge. Colors may vary between different coatings. Made in the USA. Mounting options are: Portable, Surface or Inground Mount.
Coating Choices
Industry Standard Coating is a premium polyethylene coating that has been proven to withstand the elements which is used by most site furnishing manufacturers. This coating does not react chemically during drying, rather the coating is "fused" to the metal using heat. The cooling process causes the coating to harden and gain strength. Industry Standard Coating are more expensive that Powder Coating. The Industry Standard Coating has a 5 year manufacturers warranty, and is available in different colors
The Advantage Coating costs more because it is a proprietary PVC coating that outperforms any other coating on the market today. We like this coating because it will not chip, crack or peel nor does it have any runs or drips and is graffiti resistant. The surface is non-porous which means it is impervious to stains, fungus, mold and mildew which runs commonly found on other plastisol products. The Advantage coating has a 7 year manufacturer's warranty. Without a doubt, this is the most durable coating out today and well worth the upcharge. The Advantage coating is available in a range of different colors.
