Shipping & Returns
While our website is designed to automatically calculate shipping / freight on your purchase, we recommend for large orders with multiple items, or if the freight seems a little high to call us at 888-760-2499 or chat with us directly form the website. We'd be happy to see if we can bundle a better rate rate for you
Best shipping practices:
- We need a contact person and a mobile number for the freight carrier. Freight companies are instructed to call and set a delivery window
- Make sure someone is there to unload truck to avoid additional charges. If the freight company has to reschedule because you are not there, there will be additional delivery charges you will be required to pay
- Inspect your order upon delivery. Look for damage and count the items. We are not responsible for lost or damaged items unless you sign the freight bill "Damaged".
- Open pallets / crates / shipping boxes and inspect. Use your mobile phone and take a picture of damaged items
- Note damaged or missing items on the Bill of Lading provided by the driver
- Report any damaged or missing items to us WITHIN 24 hours of receiving your order. Call Deb Castrey at 888-760-2499 Ext 201
Failure to follow these simple rules could result a claim not being honored and costing everyone time, money and aggravation, and no one needs any more of that in their lives.
30 Day Return Policy - Your Satisfaction is Guaranteed!
We stand behind the products we sell. If for any reason you are not satisfied with a purchase, return it within 30 days of receiving it. Note that some conditions apply and not all products are eligible for return; read below for our complete policy. Absolutely no returns will be accepted after 60 days; please inspect all products upon receipt.
Please note the following:
All returns must be made with a Return Merchandise Authorization number; please call our Customer Service center at 888.760.2499 - Ext 201 to secure the return number and authorization. Here are the guidelines:
- All returned items must be in new, undamaged condition sent back to us using the original shipping boxes and packing materials.
- All items have a 25% restocking fee
- Sales of clearance items and custom made-to-order items are final.
- Refunds will be issued within 7-10 day after receiving the item in new, resalable condition
