39'' x 54'' Dura Steel Fan-Shaped Backboard - Retro Fit Kit
Retrofit kit in three pole diameter sizes for upgrading existing playground poles. Facilities can refresh their outdoor basketball courts that have existing 3 1/2-inch, 4 1/2-inch, or 5 9/16-inch outside diameter steel poles and want to install replacement backboards and support braces at the desired rim height. Retrofit kits each include a fan steel backboard, 2 backboard support braces, pole mounting bracket, and all necessary hardware. The specially designed fan shaped backboard is made of steel and features rear mounting slots allowing the rim mounting location to be lowered to position the rim at official 10-foot or as low as 8 1/2-foot in most cases depending on the distance from the top of the horizontal pole to the playing surface. Rim height can be adjusted to approximately 24-inches below the current top of the previously installed pole. Rim is not included.
