Maxx Clear H2O: Maxx Clear H2O is a revolutionary water based, clear coating that refurbishes, rejuvenates and extends the life of rubber playground surfaces. It makes them look like new again. We recommend applying MaxxClear H2O every couple of years after the warranty expires on your playground surfacing. It's the smartest and most cost effective maintenance program on the market today, and something you need to do 

Maxx Clear H2O can be applied with roller or an airless sprayer. Using an airless sprayer greatly reduces the time / labor required to apply Maxx Clear H2O and clean up is safe and easy with soap and water... Better for the environment, better for your playground and running track. Depending on surface condition, coverage can be up to 1,200* sq ft per pail, or about 34 cents per sq ft.   

Here's a simple test: Scuff the rubber surface of either a playground or running track with your foot. Does the small particles of rubber come off? If it does, then your surface is granulating and soon will become unsafe. An unsafe play surface is a huge liability for the owner/ operator of the playground or running track. Maxx Clear will halt the surface granulation, extend the surface life and will make the colors pop once again. Maxx Clear is available in either a solvent based or a water base formula, both are safe for use under California's strict emission guidelines.

Coverage varies depending on surface condition. The better and tighter the surface the higher coverage rate per pail you'll get. Conversely, if the surface condition is poor coverage could drop to 500 sq ft per pail or less. MaxxClear H2O dries quickly so playground downtime is greatly reduced.
