Triax Touch A-Missile Tester System
The TRIAX TOUCH A-Missile system is the latest evolution of the playing surfaces (football, soccer) impact testing device. It is fully compliant with ASTM F355 procedure A and F1936. Utilizing a top hat design, the Triax Touch A-Missile is easier to set up and carry around the test sites. This means full tests can be done in less time! Data is quickly transferred to the wireless hand held device.
The TRIAX Touch A-MISSILE system features a precision-machined aluminum guide tube with a quick attach base plate. This design quickly ensures the 24'' drop height and disassembles for easy transport. The sturdy manual release mechanism holds the missile until the operator pulls back on the knob, releasing the missile allowing it to impact the test surface.
- Measures the impact attenuation of artificial and natural turf playing surfaces.
- Stainless Steel impactor for accurate measurement of impact velocity.
- Includes PC application for creation and archiving of test reports.
- Dedicated hand held data unit connects wirelessly to the head form and collects and stores up to 1000 drop tests on standard memory card (included).
- All systems will have to get calibrated every 2 years by company and is an additional charge from the company at that time.
