Royal Double Station Hamstring Stretch
Stretching is a key component of fitness to prevent injury and discomfort before and after exercising. The Royal Double Station Hamstring Stretch allows a way to stretch hamstring leg muscles to prepare them for running or other leg exercises with helpful instructions on both sides. Each of the two posts has a different height to accommodate different users and for the degree of the stretch desired. The extended posts on each station has a specialized padded coating for comfort. Additional colors for metal posts available by request. Inground mount and does not include plastic cover foot caps.
